Global (Europe) - Conversations service Degradation

We had experienced issues with the Conversations and Answers services over our Global (Europe) data center.

During the incident, you might have experienced issues with Closed Conversations appearing as Open or being displayed in 'All Work', and issues with Conversations assignment. The issue also affected our 'Answers' service, resulting in message delivery failures, unsuccessful attempts to transfer to agents, or close conversation action issues.
