We are continuing to see latency issues on Production/NA1 and are actively investigating the root cause. We will provide further updates on this page as they become available.

We’ve made a configuration change so that going to ironcladapp.com now routes you straight to your login page. This should address the latency you experienced, and we’ll continue to monitor on our side.

We are currently investigating reports of increased latency and slow loading times on NA1/US Production. Some users may experience delays when accessing the Dashboard, workflows, or other pages. Our team is actively working to identify the root cause and implement a fix.
