JumpCloud is currently investigating an issue with intermittent failures to populate some LDAP events in Directory Insights. The data is getting consumed and stored correctly, but does not all appear in Directory Insights at this time. We are working this issue with urgency and hope to have this resolved soon. We will update you as we know more.

We have implemented additional changes that are showing more improvement. At this time we are monitoring, and gathering data to help determine if other changes are needed.
