We continue to monitor the situation and observe that affected services are working normally, except we notice many posts appearing in Marketing with an 'unknown' author name, which were created during the incident period.

We have provided a workaround, which helps the users/agents re-authenticate/reconnect or add new LinkedIn accounts in Care & Marketing, and can publish outbound content in Marketing; however, this issue affects ingestion in Marketing & Care, including agents responses in Care.
