Email OTP delivery impacting sign-in — Khoros Care & Marketing

The Development team has completed the necessary fixes for the earlier issue that prevented OTP (verification code) emails from being delivered during login. The affected notifier service has been restored, and normal email delivery has resumed.

We’re investigating an issue where email one-time passcodes (OTP) are not being delivered, which may prevent some users from signing in to Khoros Care and Khoros Marketing. Our team is working to restore delivery; updates will be posted here.
