We confirm that the affected services are working as expected since we implemented the workaround; further, we are tracking the progress of the bug with Meta team and will update when more information is available.

We have implemented a workaround pending Facebook’s review of the bug.

Upon further analysis, we identified that the failure is due to an issue on Meta's side, which is affecting both Facebook and Instagram. We are actively investigating the issue and will keep you updated on our progress.

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting our integration with the Facebook API. All batch requests to the Facebook API are failing. This issue is impacting comment polling jobs, ad fetches, webhook hydration, and marketing analytics.
