Social Publishing issue for Facebook and Instagram

The incident has been resolved.

There are no new issues reported currently related to this. We will continue to monitor this further.

We identified that the publishing errors on Facebook and Instagram were due to a temporary degradation on Meta’s side.

To mitigate the issue, we increased the publishing timeout configuration to 15 minutes. Since then, publishing has been stable and performance on Meta’s side has improved.
