Khoros experienced delays in Community-to-Care ingestion that affected the CARE and Community Integration components for approximately 12 days. The engineering team implemented a fix and performed extensive backfilling of missing data across multiple regions, with some additional data requiring secondary backfill processing. The issue was fully resolved after completing all backfill operations and confirming normal ingestion functionality through enhanced monitoring.
