Kustomer has resolved an event affecting WhatsApp Chat in Prod 1 that caused long delays in sending messages and multiple of the same message going out. To resolve this issue, our team has scaled up our traffic allowance with WhatsApp messaging service to alleviate this issue.
After careful monitoring, our team has determined that all affected areas are now fully restored. Please reach out to Kustomer support at Email or Chat if you have additional questions or concerns.
