3 months agoVideo is "unusable" after 30 seconds of recording, resulting in 20 re-attempts, 10 minutes wasted time and 1 pissed off client waiting for their proposal run-through. Loom has no solution except to email them on multiple Zendesk threads and they'll "get back within 48 hours". Remind me why I pay ...
