Feature disruption with Dynamic Audiences

Medallia Experience Orchestration is currently operational and we are continuing to monitor.

Our Engineering teams have stabilized the Asia Pacific Production Environment & European Production Environment issue as of 5:00 am SGT January 26 th 2025 / 10:00 pm GMT January 25 th, 2025, and are continuing to monitor.

After investigating this issue we found that the impact was specific to the User Interface and customers may have experienced the page not loading, however, the Dynamic Audience queries were not impacted.

Our Engineering teams have identified the issue in our Asia Pacific Production Environment and are working on a resolution.

Medallia Experience Orchestration is currently experiencing issues with Dynamic Audiences. Dynamic Audiences will be affected and may not work. Our engineers are investigating the issue. We will provide updates when more information is available.
