Title: Some users are unable to access the Microsoft Planner service

User impact: Users are unable to access the Microsoft Planner service.

Current status: We initiated a failover to an alternate infrastructure, however this did not provide the desired relief. We’re performing manual reboots to the affected components while we analyze service telemetry to identify the root cause.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.
