When planner WEB UI is used in the ticket window it is very slow and unresponsive sometimes. Tested in Chrome and Edge browsers. Also my colleagues experience the same issue.

Planner is extremely slow! Typing one letter takes more than 15 seconds; and if you type at a regular speed, it gives you an error message. Normal things like scrolling down are super slow too. I've restarted the computer several times and no improvment.
