Mindtickle experienced a 3-hour service disruption affecting Two-Way Roleplay functionality, preventing users from starting roleplay sessions and blocking admins from previewing roleplays. The root cause was identified as a service disruption at a third-party provider that powers parts of the roleplay workflow. The issue was resolved through collaboration with the vendor, with partial recovery beginning around 10:18 AM and full restoration completed by 11:30 AM.

The 'Featured Hubs' widget failed to load across the Mindtickle platform, affecting the Mindtickle Platform and Asset Hub components, while individual hubs and media assets continued to function normally. The issue was identified, fixed, and monitored over a 40-minute period. The widget is now loading as expected and the platform is fully operational.

Mindtickle's Call AI service experienced a major outage that prevented users from successfully recording calls for 2.2 hours. The issue affected the Call AI component, causing recording failures during the incident period. The problem was identified and resolved, with normal Call AI functionality restored.
