Netskope experienced a major service incident at the DFW3 data center that impacted multiple services including Advanced Analytics, CASB API Data Protection, Management Console WebUI, and several other core security services. The incident required infrastructure recovery and internal database restoration, with the WebUI service being restored first followed by other services. The issue was mitigated after 7.9 hours with continued monitoring, though SkopeIT was processing a backlog of events during recovery.
