Outage Details
We’ve identified an issue where users may be unable to open of download specific Reports. Affected users will receive an error message stating: “Sorry, there was an error while getting report.”
Impact is limited to users accessing the service through the APP environment. We’re investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible.
