We are currently investigating an issue where cookie categorisation is not completing during website scans in the app environment. Customers may observe the "Cookie categorisation is not completed or failed. Please initiate categorisation" error message.
Our engineering team is working to resolve the delay and restore normal functionality as quickly as possible.
We will provide an update as soon as more information is available.
