Outage Details

We’ve identified an issue where a limited subset of users are unable to view or upload attachments within the Data Mapping module. Impact is limited to users accessing the service on any environment on a 202505.2.x build. We’ve identified that the issue is caused by a misconfiguration within the service. We’re preparing a fix to be applied to the affected environments. The time to test and then deploy this fix is anticipated to take approximately 48 hours. We'll provide an update at the next milestone.
