We have identified that users within the APP-HC & UAT-HC environment are experiencing issues accessing reporting applications, including Insights dashboards and reports, when attempting to use the reporting and insight dashboard services through the APP-HC and UAT-HC environments.
We are currently investigating this issue with our third-party provider and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
