3 months agoOpenphone not being able to establish connection, conversations not loading. This is like 3rd hour in a row and those issues still persist. Usually they're quicker at resolving the issues.

3 months agoProblems opening the app, messages are not syncing across devices, can't send text messages. We were early adopters of OpenPhone, but it has been so flaky that we're looking at options. Our phone + messaging systems are mission-critical and OpenPhone has not been a reliable partner.

When OpenPhone marks an incident as a major outage, IsDown updates its internal status, the customer status page and dashboard.
