Sept. 2, 2025, 1:45 p.m.-7:04 p.m. CT, Optum Insight Rx Connect experienced sporadic connectivity issues to IL, ME, UT, VT and WY Medicaid and some OptumRx BINs which impacted some inbound pharmacy transactions. The issue is resolved. Pharmacies that experienced ERX02 or ERX03 error messages should reprocess those claims.
Optum Insight is closely monitoring.
