Application support team stopped the long running process to restore the service at 11:20CT on 10/16/2025. The 835 process was restarted on its normal schedule Thursday afternoon, and files are now processing correctly. We expect all affected files to be delivered by early Saturday morning.

Optum Insight has identified the cause of the issue and made the modifications necessary to process 835s normally. We are going to continue to monitor progress and will provide a confirmation of the resolution tomorrow, 10/17/2025 8:00 AM EST.
