May 2026: Degraded Performance - Search & Entity Management (Indexing Delay)
PassFort experienced a 3.2-hour incident where delays in the indexing process prevented newly created profiles from appearing in search results and the Entity Management view on the EU environment. Users were unable to find recently created profiles through search functionality and could not see new records in the Entity Management section. The engineering team implemented a fix and monitored the results before fully resolving the incident.
