There was an interruption in provisioning services between 2:30 p.m. Mountain time (UTC -6) on 17 October and 10:30 a.m. Mountain time (UTC -6) on 18 October that caused an interruption of visibility to provisioning and support ticket updates and comments. We have restored visibility for new comments and updates and are working on restoring visibility on comments and updates during that time frame. If you have an urgent issue please resend comments and updates that were sent during that time frame.
