Proofpoint identified the root cause as an issue with Classic Outlook for Windows on the "Current" release channel and developed a workaround solution. The issue was resolved after Proofpoint deployed their fix to all environments, requiring affected users to restart their Outlook clients to apply the solution.

Proofpoint Security Awareness experienced a platform-wide incident affecting the Training Platform across US, EU, IN, CA, and APAC environments, preventing end users from properly accessing their training assignments. The issue impacted Training Platforms in the U.S., Asia Pacific, and Europe regions. The incident was identified and resolved within 21 minutes.
