Qualys Cloud Platform Operations has implemented a fix and we are monitoring the results.

Qualys Cloud Platform Operations has identified the issue causing the EU Platform 2 UI to become inaccessible. A fix is in the process of being implemented. Customers with SAML are still unable to log in. A workaround if you do not utilize SAML in the interim is to access the product via the following URL:

https://qualysguard.qg2.apps.qualys.eu/fo/tools/module_landing.php?m=2&module=prod_scans

The following tabs of the UI will load within the product: Scans, Reports, Remediation, Assets, Knowledgebase, and Users Tab once logged in via the above URL.

Clicking on the following tabs will result in a logout of Platform: Dashboard, Vulnerabilities, Prioritization, and Responses Tab.
