Qualys EU2 experienced an issue where some Vulnerability Management (VM) and Policy Compliance (PC) scheduled scans and reports failed to process properly. The incident affected the Vulnerability Management and Policy Audit/Policy Compliance components for 5.6 hours. The Qualys Cloud Operations team identified and fixed the underlying issue, then monitored the system until full resolution was confirmed.
