We have successfully resolved the "Access Denied" error and customers will be able to successfully connect however, they will still experience intermittent connection drops which we are currently investigating. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue.

We have identified that a small subset of customers in Austria are experiencing intermittent issues are experiencing intermittent issues when using the SFTP (data transfer protocol) within the service. All other product functionality is working as expected.
