There’s a Commerce Cloud performance degradation affecting cart functions on some customer storefronts. We’re investigating the issue and an update will be provided in 30 minutes or sooner if we have more information.

At 12:02 UTC, on July 25, 2023, the Salesforce Technology team began investigating a performance degradation affecting carts and customer storefront functionality for POD114. Orders are being received, however, customers may be unable to view these within Business Manager. Additionally, some customers may be unable to view their customer list. The team has performed a restart of the instances but the issue seems to have reoccured. The team continues to explore other paths of restoration.
We’ll provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
