At 12:15 UTC, on March 22, 2024, The Salesforce Technology team became aware of a feature degradation impacting Salesforce Chat. Customers may experience issues with various activities chat activity, chat assignment, and agent login. Initial investigations highlighted issues with the backend servers. The team restarted these servers and were temporarily out of impact at 13:15 UTC. The issue resurfaced at 13:42 UTC. Customers may experience an impact on Salesforce Chat login again. The Technology team is working on restarting the backend servers to mitigate the impact.
