The Salesforce Technology team reproduced the issue and is analyzing whether it is caused by a recent change. As part of the troubleshooting process, the chat feature has been temporarily disabled for Japanese customers. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue and restore full functionality as soon as possible.

We’ll provide an update in 120 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.

At 01:18 UTC, on September 25, 2024, the Salesforce Technology team noted a feature disruption affecting a subset of Mulesoft and Tableau customers in the Japan region using the Salesforce Chat service. Customers may see a "No Engineers Available" notification on the Salesforce chat, preventing Japan users from accessing the Japan Live Chat service.

Please note that customers can still receive support by phone or by opening a case via the Help portal while the teams continue to explore multiple paths to resolution.
