UPDATE 1 day ago - at 01/13/2026 04:01AM

We have identified the code changes necessary following a recent release that will mitigate the cause of this issue and fully restore services to customers. The fix-forward continues to be deployed on one instance, to enable us to assess and validate success. This may take several hours to complete. Once validated, this will be rolled out to all impacted instances. Customers are directed to this Known Issue for a workaround: http://sfdc.co/bXmnOS.

The next update will be provided once we can validate the results of the deployment. We thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience caused to customers.
