A subset of Commerce Cloud customers in the US East 1 are experiencing an issue that is affecting their users ability to places orders. . A recent deployment is believed to have triggered the issue. We're initiating a rollback to restore service and will continue to monitor for stability.
We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
