We're continuing to prepare a fix. To ensure successful development and complete verification, we now aim to have this deployed through an Emergency Release to all instances, including impacted sandboxes immediately following this weekend's scheduled Spring ‘26 major release.

Development of the fix is taking longer than anticipated. In parallel, we've identified a test instance for a deployment which is currently impacted. The workaround is now available and only applicable for core users. Please refer to this document for more information http://sfdc.co/bKSUx4
As a precaution, we're also planning to include this fix in the upcoming release to prevent any further impact after the current issue is addressed in the sandbox environment.

We’ve identified a workaround that applies only to non-Community users. This involves an internal configuration change to grant affected users temporary access to price books.
We have also successfully reproduced the issue in a test environment. A fix is currently undergoing validation and will be deployed to the test environment next; after which, the fix will be deployed to the impacted sandbox instances.
Upon further investigation, we’ve determined that the impact start time is different from what was initially understood. We have now revised the start time of the Trust post.

We’re investigating an issue affecting Community site users across multiple sandbox instances following a recent release. Users are unable to access price books in Lightning Experience on Community sites, which prevents them from adding products and progressing opportunities in the sales pipeline. We’re working to reproduce the issue in a test environment and determine the appropriate remediation path.
