Restoration of the Advanced Analytics feature will require assistance from a third party service provider. We are actively working with this vendor and will provide an update as soon as we have more information to share.

We have identified the trigger that is preventing users from logging in. Our teams have deployed an immediate code fix which has restored login access as of 17:40 UTC, however Advanced Analytics is currently unavailable. Our efforts are now focused on restoring this feature as soon as possible.

We noted a service disruption impacting Spiff services that started on March 12, at 16:32 UTC. During this time, customers will observe issues logging in to the US1 region. We're exploring multiple paths to isolate the underlying cause of the issue and implement a fix to restore the services as quickly and safely as possible.
