This outage affects all report types (except for the share of search reports) and the price history widget for the following retailers:

Merchandising, compliance, buy box, and map violation reports may have stale product data if they are published after July 19th. The reports will be generated but with stale data until the outage is resolved. Data gaps in the price history widget will be present from July 19th until the outage is resolved. Search reports are currently unaffected.
We've escalated the issue with our vendor and they are working towards a resolution. We currently don't have an estimated timeline for resolution but will post an update as soon as we can establish one.
