Single Sends can't be sent

Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed the issue with Single Sends has been resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.

Engineers had ultimately identified what originally was causing Single Sends to not trigger and go out. However, although customers are now able to trigger Single Sends, due to an ongoing outage with one of our third party vendors, mail events are delayed as of 8 am PT today. Additionally, Single Sends using segments have not been updated since 8 am PT, and will not update until mail events are processed. Mail events will be processed when the vendor outage has been resolved. Single Sends using lists are processing as normal. We will provide another update in an hour or as soon as more information becomes available.

Our engineers have implemented a fix and are monitoring system performance. Customers are now able to send Single Sends via Marketing Campaigns at this time. Beginning 8:30 AM PT on November 23, our engineers began investigating an issue with sending test emails and Single Sends within Marketing Campaigns.

Customers may see the following error when attempting to send the Single Send: "We were unable to send your test. Please verify email addresses are valid and separated by a comma, and try again."

This only affects mail sent via Marketing Campaigns. Customers are able to initiate the sends, but they will not trigger and stats won't display correctly.
