Engagement Event Reporting Delay.

Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed the issue with engagement event tracking has been resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.

Our engineers have implemented a fix for all delayed engagement events and they have been now delivered and the system is up to date, we are still monitoring system performance. We will provide another update as soon as more information becomes available.

On June 4, 2024, at 8:39 AM PT, our engineering team began an investigation into an issue affecting engagement event tracking. We are seeing a delay of up to 30 minutes in reporting engagement events such as opens, clicks, unsubscribes, etc. No data is lost, and the data is being reported correctly, just with a slight delay. The team is working on a fix and this does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
