Essentials plan users experiencing issue reaching out to Twilio SendGrid Support through Live Chat

Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed the issue with live chat support for paid plan users has been resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.

Paid plan users that should have access to live chat support should now have the ability to speak with customer support through the live chat service.
