Starting around 3:15PM PST on September 18th, our engineers began investigating an issue with Dynamic Templates in the SendGrid UI. Customers may experience incorrect version names/previews and, in some cases, unexpected deletion of template versions. This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in an hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
