SSO Login Failure for Reseller Account Users

Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed that the issue affecting several Reseller Partner accounts' ability to Single Sign On (SSO) into their SendGrid accounts has been fully resolved. Mail Send functionality was not impacted during this incident. All services are now operating normally.

Starting at around 6:30PM Pacific Time on Tuesday, May 13th 2025, our engineers began investigating an issue that is impacting several Reseller Partner accounts with their ability to Single Sign On into their SendGrid accounts.
