Starting around 09:58 AM PT, July 14th, our engineers began investigating an issue where some users were unable to create chat conversations over the Help Support Center. Our engineers have implemented a fix and are monitoring system performance.
This doesn't affect Mail Send.
We will provide another update in an hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
