We are currently monitoring a Twilio SendGrid service outage impacting multiple components. Customers may have experienced delays or errors when sending mail using Dynamic Templates, accessing or managing Marketing Campaigns (including Campaigns, Automations, Templates, and Stats), and when using Email Accounts and Identity services such as Subuser or Teammate creation, Console login, and IP Access Management. Additionally, Email Advanced Stats data may been delayed or incomplete within the SendGrid Console and API. The third party vendor has implemented a mitigation and is in the process of recovery. As a result, we are also starting to see recovery across affected Marketing Campaigns workflows (campaigns, contacts upload/download, external integration). Customers should start to experience improvements but there might still be delays accessing Marketing Campaigns stats.

We are still seeing issue with the third party vendor and keep monitoring the recovery. Customers may still experience delays or errors when sending mail using campaign automation, accessing and managing Marketing Campaigns (campaigns, automation, external Integration, stats , contacts upload and download). We will provide another update in an hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
