We are currently monitoring a Twilio SendGrid service outage impacting multiple components. Customers may have experienced delays or errors when sending mail using Dynamic Templates, accessing or managing Marketing Campaigns (including Campaigns, Automations, Templates, and Stats), and when using Email Accounts and Identity services such as Subuser or Teammate creation, Console login, and IP Access Management.
Additionally, Email Advanced Stats data may been delayed or incomplete within the SendGrid Console and API.
