Event Webhooks can't be created or edited in the console

Starting around 2:00 pm PDT on 10/28/25, our engineers began investigating an issue with creating & editing event webhooks. Users may not be able to create or edit webhooks via the SendGrid console, but the API can be used as a workaround at this time.
This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.

Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed the issue with event webhooks has been resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.

Our engineers have implemented a fix and are monitoring system performance. Users can now create & edit event webhooks in the SendGrid console again. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
