Contact Center Pro Issues

Our engineers believe that they have fixed the underlying cause and are currently monitoring for further issues.

For impacted users that turned on Call Continuity, please turn off Call Continuity for each of your tenants and resume normal operations.

If you are currently impacted, we recommend enabling Call Continuity in Enterprise Hub > My Tenants > Select Tenant > Settings > Call Continuity.

Once on the Call Continuity page, please double-check your call continuity phone number, and then flip on the toggle in order to forward calls off of Contact Center Pro and directly to an answering service, backup phone system, and/or cell phone.
