This incident has been resolved.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
Development is continuing to work with Purolator to resolve this issue.
This disruption has extended to tracking requests for Purolator shipments as well as the previously impacted rating and label creation endpoints.

The error response has changed to the following for all impacted endpoints:
"The shipping provider is temporarily unavailable, you may try again later. Please check our status page for updates."
The underlying issue has been identified and we are working with Purolator to correct it.
We are continuing to investigate the issue.
We are investigating reports of the error "The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized" being returned for multiple users when attempting to rate and create labels with Purolator starting 12/19/23 at approximately 1300CST.
