Outage Details

We have observed ongoing issues creating FedEx labels in the ShipEngine sandbox. Currently a 500s response is returned with the error message: "An unexpected error occurred." The issue has been reported and we are monitoring for improvement.

Currently a 500s response is returned with the error message:
