We have identified an issue preventing successful UPS label creation in the ShipEngine sandbox test environment.
The error message returned is "A shipping carrier error occurred: The Shipper's shipper number cannot be used for the shipment".
This does not impact production.
The underlying cause has been identified and we are working towards a resolution.
