Between 12:44UTC - 15:44UTC, Flow experienced delay issues. A fix was implemented which resolved the issue. The monitoring period for this issue has ended and no further impact has been observed.

We've identified the problem and we're working on a solution. Our investigation revealed that there is still a delay but we are seeing recovery. We will continue to monitor.
