Shopify identified the root cause and implemented a fix that fully resolved the problem, with no further impact observed after the monitoring period ended.
Between 03:30 - 11:00am UTC, we experienced an increase in errors for users trying to access the POS channel within the admin. A fix was implemented at 10:20am which resolved the issue. The monitoring period for this issue has ended and no further impact has been observed.
